1. Consent
By ticking the separate box in a Nik.Ru form, the user freely, specifically, knowingly and unambiguously consents to ООО «НОВЫЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ СИСТЕМЫ» processing the data the user provides.

2. Request form
Data: name, phone/email/messenger ID, selected service, message, language, source, consent date and time. Purposes: reply, consultation, proposal, and contract preparation or performance. Operations: collection, recording, storage, correction, use, limited transfer, blocking and deletion by automated and non‑automated means.
3. AI chat
Before the first message, the user separately agrees to processing the dialogue, language, topic and technical security data to generate a reply and prevent abuse. A message may be sent to an AI provider. Do not enter sensitive, passport, payment, password or unauthorised third‑party data.
4. Recipients and term
he.ru and Telegram may deliver a request; Moonshot (Kimi) may generate an AI reply. This is not consent to publication or marketing. Consent lasts until the purpose is met, no longer than one year after the last contact, or until withdrawn; contract and statutory records may be retained longer.
5. Withdrawal
Email admin@nik.ru with “Withdraw consent”. Refusal does not affect browsing, but the relevant form cannot be sent without the data needed to answer.
Localization and international transfers
Enquiries contain name, contact, service, project text, language, source and consent record. They are saved first in private local site storage and then used for a reply, proposal and notifications through he.ru and Telegram. Uncontracted enquiries are retained for up to one year; contractual records follow statutory periods.
Initial enquiry collection uses private storage on the site server. The operator must organize Russian citizens’ data in accordance with Article 18(5) of Federal Law 152-FZ and satisfy Article 12 for foreign recipients, including a separate prior Roskomnadzor notice. A general register entry or user consent alone does not prove those obligations are met.
