3. Nik.Ru AI assistant
AI can make mistakes. Verify service details in checkout; assistant answers do not amend contracts or replace qualified advice. Dialogue and enquiry data have separate consent controls.
4. For clients
One.Ru handles orders, payment and support. Jangera.Ru, DeLuxe and YOU.Ru are independent sites with their own terms. Nik.Ru does not ask for payment credentials in chat.
5. Documents
Site design and materials belong to their rights holders. Development and AI content licenses are agreed in the order; generation does not guarantee absence of third-party rights. Updates are dated and do not retroactively change existing contracts.
