“Not secure” is a browser warning: the site is served over HTTP without a certificate, or the certificate has an error. Common causes: it has expired, it was issued for another domain, the intermediate chain is missing, or some pages load over HTTP.
Until the error is fixed, do not enter passwords or payment details on the site. Visitors see the warning and leave, and forms may stop working.
We check the certificate and configuration, fix the chain and redirects, remove mixed content and set up timely reissuing.
