Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Scope and controller

This Policy covers nik.ru, its AI assistant and request forms. ООО «НОВЫЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ СИСТЕМЫ» is the controller for processing on Nik.Ru. When you follow a link to the One.Ru ordering system, the documents of the provider identified there also apply.

2. Processing by use case

The server receives your IP address, time, page URL and User-Agent to deliver pages and prevent abuse. The Top.One.Ru counter loads on arrival. Optional Mail.ru analytics requires a separate choice.

Enquiries contain name, contact, service, project text, language, source and consent record. They are saved first in private local site storage and then used for a reply, proposal and notifications through he.ru and Telegram. Uncontracted enquiries are retained for up to one year; contractual records follow statutory periods.

AI dialogue uses messages, language, topic and technical information for replies and flood protection. Separate consent is requested before sending. Moonshot (Kimi) may process content. The site does not store full dialogue history. Do not enter passwords, payment information or third-party personal data.

3. Cookies & privacy settings

Essential storage remembers the theme, language, AI assistant state and privacy choice. It supports the interface and does not enable analytics.

The Top.One.Ru counter loads when you open a page, without a separate confirmation in the cookie notice. Mail.ru analytics loads only after you choose “Allow Mail.ru”. Statistics providers may receive your IP address, User-Agent, page URL, referral source, identifiers and visit events. The cookie notice choice controls Mail.ru only.

Without Mail.ru keeps the site, assistant and forms usable without Mail.ru analytics. The Top.One.Ru counter continues to run. Continuing to browse does not give consent to Mail.ru.

4. Recipients

Data is available only as needed to authorised staff and providers: hosting and support; he.ru and Telegram for request delivery; Moonshot (Kimi) for AI replies; Mail.ru and Top.One.Ru for website statistics. Data is not sold or made public.

5. Security and rights

Processing may include collection, recording, storage, use, limited transfer, blocking and deletion. Access controls, encrypted transport, logs and backups are used. You may request access, correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, or complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Email admin@nik.ru with “Personal data” in the subject and enough information to identify the relevant record and requester.

6. Limits and updates

Do not send sensitive categories, biometric data, passport or payment data, passwords, or another person’s data without legal authority. The website is not directed specifically to children. The current version is published at this address.

Localization and international transfers

Initial enquiry collection uses private storage on the site server. The operator must organize Russian citizens’ data in accordance with Article 18(5) of Federal Law 152-FZ and satisfy Article 12 for foreign recipients, including a separate prior Roskomnadzor notice. A general register entry or user consent alone does not prove those obligations are met.

Forms do not seek consent for advertising, special categories, biometrics or public disclosure.

Local answers and enquiry handoff

Knowledge base mode processes messages in your browser without sending them to an AI provider. Knowledge + AI mode requires a separate consent checkbox. The server attempts to remove contact details and access keys before sending messages to the model; please still avoid entering sensitive data. The enquiry button transfers the discussion to a form for your review and separate consent. If notification is delayed, the enquiry remains in the site’s private storage for a later delivery attempt.

Automatic AI assistance

The consultant uses the local Nik.Ru knowledge base and calls Moonshot (Kimi) when needed after separate chat consent. Contact details and enquiry form fields are not added to model requests. Recognisable contact details and access keys are removed from messages before transmission; please keep personal and confidential information out of the chat. Knowledge base answers remain available if AI is temporarily unavailable.
